RETURN POLICY

Eligible items may be returned for Refunds or store credit. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. Dress Eye Candy will not accept any returns after 30 days. Email us at info@dresseyecandy.com

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Dress Eye Candy and product tags attached. Please include your order number in the package. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Exchanges
Simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

*FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS): Swimsuits and undergarments are also final sale.

Once we receive your package, we will email you and refund the amount of your item. Please include your order number in the package.
